Job Description

As the Associate of Projects and Research, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and
development of the biogas & RNG sector through focused efforts on project management and research.
Working closely with the Director of Policy & Communications, your main responsibilities will include:
Project Management
• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects assigned that align with our strategic plan.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to execute project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
Research
• Conduct primary and secondary research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging
technologies.
• Analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Assist with writing articles, policy submissions, and other relevant communications.
• Stay abreast of developments in the biogas & RNG sector, providing insights for strategic decisionmaking.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, research methodologies, or related field.
• Strong project management skills or a demonstrated interest in project management.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is an asset.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Critical thinking, initiative-taking, and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
