Job Description

Within the project team composed of 7 people, and under the responsibility of Nicolas, Project Director, we are looking for a new project manager to take charge of a new construction project.

Responsibilities

Your missions will be as follows:
– Define and manage the strategy, risks and opportunities of your project;
– Plan and execute the different stages of the project following the project management process (studies, manufacturing, construction site);
– Respect, monitor costs and update the budget according to the constraints encountered;
– Produce and/or ensure the production of technical documents and their review: design office documentation (ISO piping plans, 3D model), processes (PID, Data Sheet);
– Manage human and material resources jointly with purchasing and transport;
– Coordinate the various trades involved in the project internally and externally;
– Manage on-site activities in compliance with safety regulations and carry out regular on-site monitoring;
– Assist and participate in the start-up and commissioning of the units;
– Prepare regulatory files (operating authorization applications, subsidy programs, etc.);
– Ensure the closure and handover of the project to the operations team.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical or biotechnological engineering, member of the OIQ;
Minimum 8 years of experience and successful experience in industrial project management;
You have basic knowledge of processes involving gas (reading PIDs in particular);
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English;
You have good leadership and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary and multicultural team and to collaborate with the entire technical team;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Hold the ASP Construction Card (an asset);
Possess a valid driver’s license.

You are sensitive to environmental issues and you want to contribute at your level to the environmental objectives of the group.
You are convinced that renewable energies and in particular renewable gas have a major role to play in the future and you want to be an actor of this change.

How to apply

Une préqualification téléphonique sera effectuée dans un premier temps afin de faire le point sur ta situation actuelle et tes motivations, puis un entretien d’évaluation sur site aura lieu avec la Chargée RH, Marine, et le Directeur Projet, Nicolas. Vous réaliserez également un test comportemental et cognitif afin de faire ressortir vos capacités d’intégration et d’apprentissage, ainsi qu’un test technique (lecture de PID).
