Job Description
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes and tenders, review drawings and sales orders, and invoicing.
- Answering emails, phone, live chat, and coordination with outside sales and service team
- Scheduling service calls and communicating with manufacturers
- Attending trade shows/conferences, training and any task assigned by the team
Addional Responsibilities:
- Book appointments for outside sales
- Products packing, shipping & receiving
- Manage activities and customer database in CRM
Job Qualifications
Requirement:
- Instrumentation study or experience
- Intrinsically motivated and fast learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Ability to quickly respond and manage customer expectation
- Team player
- The ideal candidate should reside in Hamilton or surrounding areas where he/she can commute to the office daily.
- A valid Canadian work permit is required.
- The French language is an asset
