This is a group for discussing the American biogas market, including insights, policy and regulatory changes, market intelligence, and new developments
As a general rule of thumb, flowrates less than 1500 scfm find membranes to be a cost effective method for producing RNG. At higher flowrates, technologies such as PSA and amine systems may be better options. For all of these systems, the quality of the biogas and purity requirements of the utility play important roles in which technology is the best for each project.
